I, as the artist and seller, have the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time and for any reason.Some possible reasons for declining or cancelling a commission include:- buyer's behavior
- personal emergencies
- mental healthPlease note, strict deadlines are a deal-breaker, as I am looking for work in person and have other responsibilities.Commissions are a privilege, not a right.
You are not entitled to a commission.

- Obscene depictions of minors or characters that resemble minors.
- Obscene depictions of zoomorphic animals.
- Hateful imagery, especially that which may include racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.
- Propaganda or political campaigns.
- Harmful misinformation or fear-mongering.
- Disturbing imagery of realistic events or injuries such as self harm, suicide, drug & alcohol abuse, zoophilia, pedophilia, graphic or on-screen death or harm of children or animals, death or harm of real people, historical atrocities, etc.

Process

1.) Upfront Costs and Commission Details
We will begin with discussing what you'd like from me! Which style would you prefer, if you're looking for one other than my own? What pose or expression? Is it for commercial or personal use? Etc.Please give me 5-10 business days to begin sketching. Once I am ready to begin, you will need to provide 50% payment upfront.2.) SketchingI will constantly update you on how things are going. You may ask me to change certain aspects of the sketch. I will allow 3 major revisions at this stage free of charge. Additional major changes will be $5 per revision and will be added into the remaining 50%.Once the sketch is complete, I will ask for the remaining 50% to be payed. This is to ensure I don't waste my time without being compensated.3.) Inking, Coloring, & RenderingOnce I am at the inking stage, updates will continue. Major changes will not be allowed at this time, nor after this point, but small ones are allowed and free.
As I color and render, I will check in frequently so as to ensure the colors and effects are to your liking.4.) ReceivingOnce the commission is completed, I will directly send or e-mail ^{(please provide)} the finished product to you in high resolution. Any further free adjustments to the design will not be allowed. Pricing for future minor adjustments may be negotiated.Click the "Read More" button below

Adult Material

- NSFW art can only be commissioned by contacting me directly.- Minors are NOT allowed to commission NSFW artwork from me. If you are found to be under 18 and you are attempting to commission me for something NSFW, I will report, block, and entirely blacklist you.I will also privately inform other artists of your actions so that they will not be impacted as well.Your money will not be refunded and the artwork will be discarded.

My Rights (Cont.)

Directly upon creation of an artwork, the artist (myself, in this case) has copyright protection over their work.I have the right to distribute, reproduce, publicly display, and claim ownership of any commission I create.The use of my art, without written permission and/or payment, for commercial use is strictly prohibited.The use of my art for NFTs is strictly prohibited.The use of my art to train AI, or running my art through an AI image generator or filter, is strictly prohibited.Legal action may be taken depending on the severity of the offense.

Copyright infringement

- The reselling of artwork without proper permission from the artist is illegal and is considered copyright infringement.
- Reselling art as NFTs also falls under copyright infringement.
- Distributing or publicly displaying an artist's art, such as on social media pages without proper credit, is considered copyright infringement.

Obscenity
& NSFW

- The creation and distribution of NSFW drawings containing minors or characters resembling minors, including lolicon/shotacon, is illegal under the federal law on obscenity.
- Distributing NSFW art to those under 16 is punishable under federal law.

Refunds, Revisions,
& Backing Out

Refund Policy

I have the right to cancel the commission and refund the money to you at any time for any reason.You will not be refunded for a finished commission after payment is received. Please do not demand a refund.When can I get a refund?
You may ask for a refund only BEFORE or DURING
the sketching portion of my process.
After all, I need to be payed for my time and effort past the sketch.In other words, you may ask for a refund for the first 50%.However, after the second half of the payment is sent, no refunds will be given, for any amount of money received.Fees within transaction-based apps.
Apps such as PayPal will more often than not take a fee for sending money to others.
I am not responsible if a fee is deducted from the refunded money by the app.Regarding Tips
Tips are legally considered gifts, and therefore do not have to be refunded.

Revisions

The first 3 major revisions are free.
These are only allowed during the sketching process.After this, additional major revisions to the sketch will cost $5 per change.
This will be added to your remaining total.Minor revisions are allowed during the inking process free of charge.
But major revisions are off-limits at this time.

Backing Out

If you decide that you no longer want to commission me, please reach out and communicate that with me. No one likes to be ghosted.If you have only paid the first 50% and wish to back out,
you will be refunded upon request.In the case of insufficient funds, I can delay your commission for a later date. Please check in with me when you are ready to continue.

First and foremost: do not be flirtatious or creepy toward me.
Not only am I in a relationship, that's just flat-out unacceptable and unprofessional.
One wrong move and you're blacklisted forever.Absolutely NO reference images from yourself. I don't want to see what you're packing, thanks. So unless you want me to throw up and have nightmares about you, keep it in your pants.Unsolicited nudes are a form of sexual harassment and I will report you to authorities.Similarly, do not send nude or suggestive photos of others you know. This is called sexual extortion; it's illegal.Please don't discuss what gets you off. Just tell me the details of your commission and let me get to business.

Details

Generally, do not send me references of real people.
Exceptions include known pornography actors/actresses OR nude models.
All people in references MUST be of age.In one paragraph or less, describe the scene you would like.If you would instead like a simple pose and expression, tell me the specifics of that.Provide references drawn by other artists, or pose references from artistically nude models.For the character's body type and "proportions," please specify in terms of measurement, comparison, or with drawn references.
